RØRY SHARES URGENT NEW SINGLE ‘SWALLOW’
RØRY has released ‘SWALLOW’, the final single to be revealed ahead of her second album, BLOODLETTING, arriving on 11th September via SADCØRE RECORDS.
One of the alternative artist’s most urgent and emotionally exposed songs to date, ‘SWALLOW’ explores the disorientating place grief can take us: suspended somewhere between wanting to continue living and longing to be reunited with somebody who is gone.
“SWALLOW is about the place grief can take you, where you feel suspended somewhere between life and death,” RØRY explains. “You don’t actually want to die, but there’s this fucked up thought that if you did, at least you’d be where they are.
Raw, painfully honest and deeply human, ‘SWALLOW’ offers one final and compelling glimpse into BLOODLETTING before the album arrives next month.
RØRY will take the record on the road in early 2027 for The BLOODLETTING Tour. Following four shows in Germany, she will begin her biggest-ever UK headline run, joined by special guests MOTHICA and Delilah Bon.
