Rhino Records has officially announced the release of Breaking Out Of Heaven 2007–2009, a comprehensive new compilation documenting the final recorded chapter of Ronnie James Dio’s work with the members of Black Sabbath, released under the name Heaven & Hell.

Scheduled for release on March 27, 2026, the collection will be available in multiple formats, including 4CD + Blu-ray and 7LP vinyl box sets, and is designed as the ultimate archive of this era.

Formed in the mid-2000s to differentiate the Dio-fronted lineup from other incarnations of Black Sabbath, Heaven & Hell reunited Dio, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Vinny Appice, delivering a darker, heavier sound that resonated strongly with long-time fans.
