DES ROCS is a born-and-raised New Yorker on a relentless mission to re-imagine rock ‘n roll. A working-class rock star, Des has spent years crafting his sound - one that’s bold, gritty, and unapologetically real. His latest album, To Hell and Back, is his most honest and raw record yet—a war cry for anyone who's ever fought through the darkness and come out the other side swinging. It’s a record built on struggle, resilience and determination. Every song tells a story of pushing forward against all odds, of fighting through the tough moments and staying true to the dream even when everything feels impossible.

"This record is about anyone who’s ever been knocked down & gotten back up,” says Des. "It’s for the people who keep going, even when it feels like the worlds against them. To Hell and Back is for the fighters, the dreamers and the survivors. It's the culmination of everything I've ever done. It's all those years of struggle wrapped up into one sonic battle cry. None of this music would've been possible without riding the roller coaster of trying to make it in a band outta NYC.”
Producer Joe Chicarelli (White Stripes, The Strokes) helped bring To Hell and Back to life. Combining DES ROCS’ own “bedroom arena rock” with Chicarelli’s outrageous sonic expertise created something truly special.
Let´s remember the new single "The Juice" released earlier this year for this forthcoming new album with Sumerian Records. The perfect soundtrack for a drag race, street fight or grand slam, "The Juice" delivers the raw energy DES ROCS is known for. It´s no surprise his music has been featured prominently in the UFC, and many other sporting events across ESPN, including the 2025 World Series.
"Creating The Juice was probably the most fun I've ever had in my entire life making a song,” says Des. “Because for me, it's this kind of fulfilment of an energy I've always wanted to capture, but one that's increasingly elusive in today's landscape. It's unchecked and unrestricted in every way. It's my purest expression of pure rock n roll satisfaction."
DES ROCS isn’t just here to make music—he’s here to make a statement. His relentless pursuit of rock ‘n’ roll greatness is what makes him the new face of the genre, and To Hell and Back is proof that the best is yet to come.
